Jamison Out 3-6 weeks with Spained Knee Injury

This could be a big blow for the Wizards. But, it could also be a blessing in disguise.

The loss of team captain Jamison is obvious on the court because of what he brings to the table. His offense is very good and it helps keep the opposition honest on defense by not double-teaming Arenas as much.

One blessing is that Wizards may not have to face very dangerous teams as the 1 seed in the East. Right now, New Jersey and Miami Heat are struggle but still could get into the playoffs. Either team would be a difficult challenge for the Wizards in Round 1. Another blessing is for Jamison to really rest. He told the press that he's been mentally fatigued from playing so much basketball. Well, here's his chance to take a break.

The Wizards should be ok from the loss of Jamison. My initial prediction of 44-38 is more realistic now.
