Bucks-Wizards 3 (postgame)

Another closely contested battle between 2 very hungry teams that turned it all around from dismal beginnings to a very fruitful December. The game is summarized by 1 shot - from Gilbert Arenas. Arenas made a buzzer ending 3 (from 30 feet) to propel the Wizards over the Bucks 105-102.

What other adjectives can I use to describe Agent Zero? This guy is absolutely incredible. Caron Butler is also another player that I'm running out of superlatives. Mo Williams is playing at a very high level as well. And you can't forget about Michael Redd. Jamison started slow but still ended with 22 points. But no stat matters except Ws and Ls. Arenas is thriving with an aura of confidence that he can make any shot and he's proving it.

Milwaukee: 16-16
Washington: 18-13

Wizards-Bucks 2 (postgame)

4 games in 5 nights for Washington. They played a close game for 3 quarters but the entire team ran out of gas in the 4th quarter as Milwaukee continued to run up and down and hit shot after shot. Ruben Patterson's low post domination over Caron Butler separated the Bucks and the Wizards. Brendan Haywood was out and didn't play. Butler played great in front of his family and hometown fans from Racine, but his team couldn't continue the hot play to end a very good December.

It was reported that Arenas hurt his shoulder when he ran into Ruben Patterson.

Washington: 17-13
Milwaukee: 16-15

Magic-Wizards 2 (postgame)

A very competitive game to fight for first place in the Southeast Division. Turkoglu hit 3 after 3 early but couldn't get that going late in the game. Dwight Howard got his stats, but the Wizards centers did a solid job on D12. The Wizards made a run in the 3rd quarter to get the lead. Keyon Dooling and Ariza brought a lot of positive energy and good play for the Magic.

The game basically was up for grabs. Wizards were up 1 and Caron Butler was fouled for 2 free throws. He missed both! The Magic had a chance to win and Dooling's shot was off and that's the game. 112-111 Washington. DC is in 1st place in the SE (for the time being). Washington also has a 5-game winning streak.

Orlando: 17-13
Washington: 17-12
