Wizards-Celtics 3 (postgame)

After a sloppy start, the Wizards started their surge with Caron Butler late in the 3rd quarter and then shut down the Celtics in the 4th quarter with good defense. The Celtics lost 11 straight even though they didn't play like that in the first half. Arenas didn't shoot well but Antawn Jamison bailed out his team for the second straight game. Caron Butler's worst game against the Pistons was just a memory as he rebounded back with a double-double performance. Speaking of the Pistons, the Wiz got them again on Tuesday.

Washington: 26-17
Boston: 12-31

Wizards-Pistons (postgame)

A tough battle between the East's "best" teams at this moment. It was a back and forth game that saw Mr. Big Shot come to life in the 4th quarter. Mr. Professional, Antawn Jamison, played great and his big 3 pointer late in the game really put the pressure on the home team Pistons. Sheed missed 2 threes at the end of the game and the Wiz took a 1/2 game lead in the Eastern Conference.

Washington: 25-17
Detroit: 24-17
